Replica of WWII Japanese Mitsubishi Zero on display at Owls Head Transportation Museum Airshow on 6 August 2011. The Japanese Zero is part of the Texas Flying Legends Museum aircraft collection.

  • It's not restored. It is a replica created from two actual aircraft recovered from Ballale Island. The actual zeros were used as patterns to create this aircraft. It is referred to as the Blayd Zero. Although it is a fine piece of craftsmanship and a joy to watch fly, it is in fact a "new build Zero".
