They would look great on the v3. Also use the original (1990-1992) 4000 J flavor.

Thats not a problem, do you happen to have a sample of something that i can use for the plots on the Regional Forecast ?

Wow, that would be a real treat! Yes, I do use the weatherscan emulator. I think all you need is the ID which is TWCFan68. I also put my observation location last on the current observations list because that's how Martin said it worked. In your spare time if you wouldn't mind doing that I would love to see it. Thanks for the offer! :)

Thanks for the kind words. If you are interested in the XL showing a LF for you, and you use the weatherscan emulator, I can easily make a video for you!

The icons on this TCF are actually the cities you find on the scrolling TCF on the 4000. I can easily add more, I just find how hillarious it is how the NE is favored greatly with cities when plotted on a map.

Happy Holidays to you, too! :) As kenshin said, you nailed this thing! Congratulations to you and Martin for figuring out this STAR so well. Wow, it's awesome to see the regional map stretched out that far. I really look forward to all your other videos because I just can't get enough of the XL. It brings me back and sparks a lot of good memories. Thank you.
Use the original XL flavors.

Nice Travel Forecast map! I bet the beta testers who worked on the XL between 1996-97 were orginaly going to put this feature before when the J flavor was discontinued in 1998.

It would have been interesting to know. However support for a moving map is not builtin to the XL, the transition from region to region is done using AE. Even support for fading isnt even included. I do remember reading something that had to do with the LOT8's campeign back from '96 to limit the amount of LF's to the max of 2 mins, and only run the LF once every 10 minutes. I suppose thats to keep the viewer interested.
