i just recently saw a bbc hour long segment on chavez. he was sending a bunch of oil to london but at the same time you have to look at his people. he want to be ruler for life and the people's quality of life over there is still at poverty levels. so who knows why he's helping foreign nations and not raising the living standards in his country. when asked why he gave his oil to other countries and not to his own people he replied, "don't ask such stupid questions"

Well maybe the British government should send it back to Chavez! and extract their own finger sooo deeply inserted inside their own rectum and do something to help their own people, they'll probably will at a price.
