  • hello have a question

i just order mines i was wondering if my door or wall would brake

does it have to be special door ?

  • Any standard size door frame with trim should work just fine. I have used mine on several different door frames in my home, and have had no issues with damage to the walls or door frame. Good luck.

  • I am not using the clips. You can if you want, but for me, the bar anchors on the trim just fine. It also makes it easier for me to put the bar up and take it down. thx

  • @HuiHms what do you call an intelligent blonde? A labrador. hehe

  • i ordered online but it wont fit on my door frame what should i do

  • I really can't understand how the door frame can hold up a heavy person!? Btw You're beautiful Danielle

  • @LordAnasterian thanks for that

  • @Zindasgru I believe the website said it could handle 300 pounds.

  • is there a weight limit to what these bars can handle, I'm 215lbs and cant find any other dorr way pull up bar that can handle anything above 180lbs?

    thanks

  • thanks for the video was helpful. however i would advise not including 16 seconds of advertisement at the beginning of the video because people will certainly skip over your video because of it i know i felt the urge

  • @junkee4 I don't have a P90X yet, but it appears that most of the pressure's against the wall, the frame contact merely to keep it from slipping.

  • Architraves not guaranteed to last

  • Not a good vid, please remake showing the other side of the door. thanks
