@OrthodoxAtheist Yes, I'm not a Californian, nor even an American, but the politics of America interests me, as it affects the rest of the world, for good or for bad. There are good sides and bad sides with AHA, but it's criticized from the right for being "socialist" and from the left for being "corporatist". I prefer to know a politicians view on matters before polling changes them.

I would really like to know what his position is on universal healthcare... although I'm sure that if I lived in CA's 25th I would vote for him, Buck McKeon is the worst. It's wonderful to know that we have a real shot at kicking him out of Congress this year.

@Zajuts149 Agreed. Some (like sh*ttyf*gg above) may not be interested in all TYTShos but as a Californian, this is quite relevant to me, and I support your specific question and interest.

This isn't really all that interesting. I usually like this show because it has some good points now and then and I think Michael is a decent host, but this, I just couldn't be bothered watching it. Bummer.
Michael, you should have asked him specifically what he was against in the Affordable Healthcare Act. It would have been nice to know before his answer is tainted by polls.

I would have also loved to know if he supports healthcare reform at all. Democrats who don't make me uneasy, quite frankly, because it just screams corporate shill. Any reasonable person can see it needs a complete overhaul.
Healthcare for all citizens is about as noncontroversial of an issue in the Western World as there is. Even in the United States there is universal emergency care. So let's save some money and provide universal preventative care.
