The guy certainly appears to have a lot more humanity in him than you do.
You have much energy and I'm sure you have a good heart, so you could certainly act positive, rather than spitting hate at everyone you don't like the looks of.
You also overlook that apart from having dirt poor parts Ghana is also vibrant and promising economically, with a film industry and plenty of professionals educated in the West. Read it up.
