We've been cycling in La Belle France since 1992, with Susi Madron Cycling of Manchester England. It is unstructured. Susi supplies a base hotel manned by someone who keeps the bikes in shape and delivers maps and info. Your hotels can be pre-reserved in some of the best family-run establishments of the region or you can be on your own. Lately we've just wandered.
