As wipeout fan from launch PS1 on, i can honestly say this is one of my all time favourites.
It felt like a bit of a homage back to the original psychedelia of psygnosis, and i hoped apotential future direction for series proper.
I particularly liked how this tracked seemed to tangentally tie and extend the ascension & brainwave themes in wipeout pure along psychedlic trippy dimension.
Considering the series spends a lot of time in VR now, I yearn for it to be more like this at times.
