Fiat punto 1.2 8v 2002 - lpg (Liquefied petroleum gas). This movie shows engine with LPG ECU , exhaust sound, clean emission and little ride. Lpg conversion was made before 6 month and traveled over 10 000km. Combined consumption on lpg is 6.5l.
Lpg system : Stag 300-4 ( polish manufactured) with italian components is modern MPI (sequent) injection system. ECU - Stag 300, reducer - Tomasetto At -09, injectors - GIAC 01. Tank is located at fifth (reserved) wheel. Tank capacity 39l, filling grade- 80% - 31,2l.

Approximate range is 450-500km depend on economical drive.
The diesel engine noise create lpg injectors under plastic air intake.
Engine power are almost same as gas ( max 5% lower /60 hp - 3hp).
Matter of fact switch button enable use gas, lpg or emergency lpg engine start.
Board computer shows 21.7 km/1l, but isn't correct measuring because ride is on lpg.
2012- Punto reached 35000 km on LPG without problems on lpg.
Only problems on petrol ride.
Done repairs:
Clean petrol injectors - 2 x times, clean fuel petrol tank- 1x times.
@kisfitti I store same quantity in petrol tank (10-15l). I have written, that are problems with petrol starts.
Now traveled over 500km on petrol are cold starts even better. With pedal and petrol starts i think is not mine problem. I will try stop engine on petrol and will see what happen. C.

Thank you! I have also a Renault 1.4 16V LPG, and i keep only 10-15 Litre petol in the petroltank, because the petrol can perish in a few months. That is why can stack petrol injektors.
When you stop the engine on LPG, can you start easily? With the punto, we must stop the engine on petrol, when we forget, and stop it on LPG, we have to push the accelerator pedal a litle to start it. But when we stop it on petrol, we don t have to push the pedal, to start it.
How is yours?
Thank you!

@kisfitti Car is 1 year from lpg instaled over 16 000 km on LPG. 1x time was problem with switching lpg and petrol. Repaired after 5 min, was only wires unstable connection.
Problem with starts on the petrol. I use petrol only for start engine, after few months created problems with stuck petrol injectors. ( starting on 3 or more try, jerks, instable engine going atc). Then is necessarily after few months ride on petrol 200 km and more with additive for cleaning petrol injectors.
