The Bad! *Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan* Moynihan was given a $7.5 million dollar pay package for 2011 - six times as much as in 2010. and the Very Very Ugly! *Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia* During yesterday's final day of oral arguments over Obamacare - Scalia seemed amazed that someone would expect him - and the rest of the court - to read over the entire text of the health care law - and referred to reading it as a cruel and unusual punishment.

Also, the Solicitor General's argument of looking at the "structure" of the text it's a strawman argument, the Democrats purposely left severability out of the bill. Sending the Supreme Court on a wild goose chase seems silly and very strenuous. This is why they have oral arguments and the Amicus curiae briefs. This is also unnecessary as we know that due to the lack of severability, you don't need to go item by item, finding 1 unconstitutional provision is enough.

Thom is so full of it - the World Bank has always been saying that! If not, than what it their purpose? However, there is a huge disparity between their "objective" and actual practices. They lend out massive loans with massive interest rates and with the condition of privatizing most of the countries' natural resources which get bought up significantly below market value to their international banker/investor friends.
