House Music Sample Breakdowns Vol. 4

A quick one, 3 samples. This one has kind of an 80's theme.

Starts off with a copy/paste track by Poka, and then two simple synth loops from Linus Loves and surprisingly enough, Kavinsky.

Yes I know, Kavinsky isn't really House music, but I was so stoked to learn about that sample I just had to throw it in there. Honestly, I just put "House" in the title so people wouldn't expect hip-hop. I'll probably shift around from House to Electro, to maybe even Breakbeat, Trance, Ambient, etc. quite often, depending on what I find, though house will be the primary genre.

I know the sample and everything, but I wanna know how they make the sample sound "scrambled" at the beginning and end of the song. know what I mean ?

rene & angela really sampled rod stewart's "da ya think i'm sexy". in fact rod stewart's song was released in 1979 and rene & angela's one was released 2 years after (1981).
