can I ask you if it tastes bad? they look like they wouldn't taste too bad. The pills I have taste and smell disgusting! They sit on my bedside table and I can smell them from here -_- I really don't think I can finish the whole bottle of these lol. They are not from the GNC brand though so I might switch if yours are easy to swallow

It's me again. lol. I take a one a day vitamin already. So would I being getting to much vitamins? I really have no idea?

I have no idea on that one, I never heard of an overdosage of vitamins, but I don't have that kind of power to tell you that maybe try calling your doctor and just asking one of the nurses? I wouldn't want to tell you something that could be harmful you know? Sorry I couldn't be any help!

@bandgeek12344 I'm 17 now, but I took them when I was 16 as well, nothing happened to me. It's all natural, theres nothing in there that could harm you in anyway. Trust me my parents are freaks about stuff like this and they checked with GNC and looked into before I got it, everythings perfectly safe.
