  • Is the fuel tank a large lump on the bass of the engine?

  • Yes, it is bolted to the bottom of the crankcase cover and is between the two wooden skids. There is basically a plate separating the crank case and the fuel tank. Hope this helps.

  • The one I have looks and sounds the same. I need a striker for mine though, it burned a hole thruogh.

  • Well, thats the way they run, thats why they called them "Hit and Miss" engines.
