Yeah, I had that problem with UK 1. This time around, I knew better than to allow myself to look at the comments until I'd finished watching the entire series. I do wish people would refrain from spoiling (or posting bogus "speculations" that are obviously coming from a spoiled perspective) in the comments.

I like the infrequency of exemptions in this series. It makes the time someone does take one that much more damaging to the group. Plus it's a bit more of an even playing field.

There were just too many exemptions given out during the second season of The Mole in the U.S. They'd give away almost 3 per episode.

I think the mole is the old blonde woman (forgot her name). I haven't really been looking for "hidden clues" or anything (if those exist in the UK series? i forget), just thinking they'd choose someone like her who isn't as suspicious. I could be wrong though haha.

I don't know, I'd have to disagree here.

I like having many exemptions. There are so many ways in which they can be incorporated into the games! I agree, though, that 3 per episode is a bit much (although I think the average on the US season was more like 2, I'd say).

When Paul said "today was a bit of a shock with the free pass, because suddenly it's more of an individual effort now", I think that they should have been thinking that by the end of Episode 1 or 2!!
