I can't remember how long I've been taking Tribulus. I stopped for a while and started again. Creatine Monohydrate. 25mg ZInc, 250 mg Magnesium.

  • Do you find tribulus is helping you? I took about 3 a day for 3 months before I started T and didn't notice anything.

  • @MrSethify I don't think tribulus does much for me. However, with DHEA I have noticed faster strength gains.

  • PLACEBO EFFECT!!! Anyone still going through puberty and/or not done growing will NOT benefit from test boosters, pro-hormones OR steroids. Of the three only test boosters will have no side effects....the other two will had BAD SIDE EFFECTS. Either the case....NOT NECESSARY AT YOUR AGE.

  • @systemrootexploited I agree, except I'm transgender. I'm trying to increase my testosterone levels without doctors help.

  • @onanotherteam If your a female you can't increase your test levels. You biological are incapable of it. You would need actual anabolics to do that. Great thing about women taking anabolics is the side-effects are permanent. You'll actually grow a shlong, adams apple, get a deep voice etc. etc..... if your a GUY then it still won't do anything for you as your still going through puberty. Just F.Y.I.

  • @systemrootexploited You are incorrect. It is entirely possible for females to increase test levels. I know of many female bodied people that have increased their test levels well above the normal female range using otc supplements. Prohormones are actually much more effective in females than they are males. I am also well aware of the effects of AAS on female bodied people. I desire these effects, as I am transgendered.

  • @onanotherteam Oh you are taking Pro-hormones? Why not just go on T, if you don't mind me asking?

  • @onanotherteam - thanks for the reply. I apologise for the misunderstanding. S.

  • @scottherf I'm transgender. I was born female. I am not yet medically transitioning, so i haven't started taking prescription testosterone that many trans men take. If I was taking testosterone, my voice would deepen and i would no longer sound at all.

  • @vteckicksarse _onanotherteam's voice sounds female, are they taking anabolic steroids ??
