This is a montage of the former Soviet gymnast Olga Korbut, who during the 1970's astonished the gymnastic world with her talent. She had a move named after her, the Korbut Flip which was done on the uneven bars. This was also the first backward release ever done and was considered extremely difficult. The Korbut Flip on uneven bars is no longer allowed in gymnastics competition because it involves standing on the high bar, a maneuver which is now illegal in the Code of Points.
I was fortunate enough to meet Olga Korbut when I was 11 with my gymnastic club. I think she was an amazing gymnast who developed gymnastics in an extraordinary way.

I know Nadia was the "perfect ten" but Olga showed a lot more personality and emotion then her witch i like better so i love Nadia but Olga is my favorite she is just so charming...

Olga is my girlfriend and I found this and played it for her. She loves this song and liked the video. She loves Billy Joels song, "She's Got A Way About Her", and that would make a great soundtrack. Thanks for the smiles. J&Olga

Nice work... cute on the decision to use, 'Fly, Robin, Fly' ( Silver Convention ) as the choice for your soundtrack.
It's too bad about the quality in some of the clips.
