  • This seems like a good place for a quick question. I have a facial tattoo close to my eye. Would I be declined from the CF? It isn't offensive at all just a triangle and some lines, small and simple.

  • @Snakesaber For more information on this topic, please contact your local recruiting office.

  • can u only do the basic training only or do u have to actually serve in the army even after u finish the basic training?

  • @imnoobish Participating in basic training is available to those applying to the CF. For more information, please contact your local recruiting office.

  • Very educational program also helps this American prepare for his basic training, which will be somewhat similar. Much respect for our Canadian friends and allies!

  • I bet if society was run the same way with discipline and low tolerance for nonsense our streets would be a lot safer

  • @tigerpaws77 You need your Canadian citizenship first.

  • Im moving to Canada soon, but i live in England and have different education levels. Can i still join?

  • Ahhh, I just turned eighteen last year, and i'm going into the recruitment center when my family moves back to Petawawa this summer. I've been an Army Brat all my life but i'm so nervous about basic, aha.

  • I would like to know where these specific graduates are now. This was some years ago I'm sure most are out now?

  • @Snakesaber dark side of the moon?

  • HAHAHA I laugh at the people who are getting scared while being yelled at. I was in Army Cadets for 4 years, I am used to it. All through Basic I will be laughing lolololololol.

  • I am 32 and an industrial electrician I have also compleeted my millwright training and am ready to sit that test. I would not be able to keep up with this younger crew, Is there something slower pace like a pre prep camp? or do we all get dumped in the fire pit?

  • part of the army and love it but the bilingual thing is killing
