Chris Weeks is an incredibly busy photographer based in LA, who has one of the most unique eyes we've seen in event and portrait photography. In this part, he shares the DSLR video rig all set up.
Make sure you see both vids to see what a real working photog uses. Uncensored, and a totally honest look at the real deal.
This may just help you decide what you may need to make that next step. Including a bit o' cash. More photo goodness at http://photoinduced.com

  • hi, what lens are you using on the dslr(the on on the rig) in this video?

  • can a dslr camera fit in a focus rig when a battery grip is attached to it on a tripod/shoulder mount ?

  • I really hope Canon makes a video camera with their DSLR technology so you don't have to deal with all this bullshit.

  • 1 itunes Clapperboard 'SOLD'!

  • Hi there chris! WOW! I am drewelling already. do you have any websites for the stuff you get? that would be a cool setup for just an armchair photo person like me. What do you think of the Canon 7D?

    Ben

  • This was awesome!

    Thanks!

  • im intrested in getting one of those rigs about how much did that all cost?

  • @4Firearms stop trolling all these videos. you're obviously butthurt over a past experience. I'm a Nikon anyway

  • They better put a BAG OF ICE in your DSLR to keep it from overheating. Until DSLR manufactures fix the overheating issue they are good still cameras, but expensive and unreliable TOYS as video recording devices.

And NOT, Canon's FIRMWARE didn't FIX the over heating issue. It only tweaks the WARNING to come up LATER. A poor Band-aid fix.

    From Canon

"Extends the timing at which the high temperature warning indicator is displayed"
