How to break lenses out of 3D glasses for nerd glasses

ok, so i actually had a pair of nerd glasses however they were cheap and ripped in half :( so ive been wanting a new pair, however i could never find some, so one of my friends told me to just break lenses out of 3D glasses from the theater.
I thought what a great idea since i go to the movies, and get those glasses anyways i would save some money, but then i thought how on earth do i break them out, especially without harming my self(imma wimp:|) and i found an easy way, without damaging the glasses or lenses so you can reuse it!
So i thought i would share with you guys!
I will have a comedy and tutorial up soon :D
