But Florida's beaches are no longer an unspoiled paradise for people and wildlife. A rapidly growing population, coupled with sea level rise and increased storm activity, is severely straining the state's dynamic barrier islands.
This film's purpose is to educate viewers about the implications of coastal erosion and how it affects all who use the beaches --from homeowners to fishermen, surfers to sea turtles. Yes, warning signs will be ignored! Florida is a conservative state, and conservatives on FOX News say global warming is a myth. So no one should worry! Jesus will save your beaches just pray harder!
