Apply base coat.

Colors used - Pure Ice - Black Rage, Nobi- White, L.A. Colors Art Deco - Hot Pink, Silver Glitter

Apply top coat to seal design.
(I didn't show this part because it would create too much shine with the light)

1 toothpick - Cut the edge of the toothpick to make a bigger circle. These dots are big so you can cut up to the handle if you want.
*The rhinestones are easy to apply but in case you don't know how I have a video that shows you how.

@MONTANOMARILU Hi! I'm glad you liked it. Do you mean the base coat? I use Duri's Rejuvacote, I order it online, but there are many options out there. I say look for something that will help your nail's strength. :D
