It is an exciting time to be studying neuroplasiticity and neuroplasticity exercises and neurogenesis. You can grow new neurons and get them well connected in your head if you take care of the pillars of brain fitness, which are physical exercise, good nutrition including omega 3 fatty acid and antioxidants, good sleep, stress management and novel learning experience.

  • Heard its a great breakthrough for high anxiety .. Teaching the brain to record over the neurons with the bad thoughts ..

  • I agree, now your brain's limbered up maybe it's time to work on voice projection?

  • You've a soft voice, so audio quality isn't good. I have sound all the way up, but can barely hear what you are saying. Maybe write a note for future videos to place the microphone closer to your voice.

    This may help future visitors. Exercises include: "physical exercise, good nutrition including omega 3 fatty acid and antioxidants, good sleep, stress management and novel learning experience" (such as foreign languages or music).

    What about listing some memory drills?
