When I take it to QuickTime, select file, there is no export option!

@marvin8479 You need to download quicktime 7. The new quicktime will not let you.

thanks so much soon as i get my own coumpter i'll do this thanks again it will help a lot as a fellow choregrapher im only 11 but still i can do whatever i want i have one question though if you bought song off itunes and then u changed it somehow will the song u changed still have the orignal version and then will u still have the song u just did

The original music file will not be affected when you edit it.

You saved the day "King!" Got my music from iTunes and did the "Open w/QT Player" option. Worked perfectly into my FCP Timeline, and Viola! Ze musique was lovely! Thanks again for your wonderful ability and willingness to share it!
