  • All forms are empty, and so are the words which say so. This does away with any materialistic meaning we may try to grasp on to. Materialistic meaning is the kind that is objective, that is literal and substantial. This cannot exist, because all 'things' arise inter-dependently, and so all independent meaning is overwhelmed. But it doesn't do away with spiritual meaning, that purposeless delight in this unborn but always dying process of life.

  • Yes! Simply be, and that sense flow. Opens us up to subtle aspects of the universe, energy, connection, simplicity.

  • It means humanbeings complicate life by labeling everything, giving them meanings(good or negative.)Everything depends on another(Cause & efffect)

  • Hope that didn't look like proselyting. I'm not sure if I like the idea of God because I have an inherent need to justify myself. I know I do that too much. Actually I'm not really that drawn to God, but people who loathe the word often seem to have an unnecessarily mechanistic world view.

Anyway, maybe it should be avoided, I don't know, I don't know what most people mean by it. This video made a lot of sense without it anyway. 5 stars

  • I agree with your account of the concept of emptiness, it is like the Tao. My question is, does the totality of relative existence exist in any sense, and is it aware - ie is it that dreaded word God? My own answer is that, it exists as subject not as object and that it is not aware but is awareness itself.

  • look at the impermanence of life. no form, just an definition of a form based off the environment and beings.

life without a definition is a simple one.

  • The I is like the hole in the doughnut..... the same space as the space surrounding the doughnut. But impossible to get an angle on without the the doughnut(rest of the world).

  • i think its just great to see how you seem to have a "breakthrough" here and seeing that beyond what your saying is just - YAY! like an AHA moment of illumination. =) shine on!

  • And by intuitiion I meant intuitional expressions of the nondual, usually expressed in a poetic and paradoxic language, but in the case of Holsitic Mathematics, expressed as seamlessly integrating structurers of consciousness, light, bliss.

  • I'd say Ken Wilber's an other peoples psycho-philosophical stuff conitrbutes to the realization of unity consciousness, but so would Peter Collins' Holistic Mathematics, which incorporates intuition into itself in a transpoetic way.

  • I'd relate these geometrical concepts in the following way: a line can be bent into a circle of harmonious subtle energy, a circle can be seen as a whole point that has an empty nature (causal in the vedanta terms), and nondual is this point's true nature raditated as its true nature, and the brain can evolve according to these patterns. That's why nondual thought can presently be represented mostly as poetry or now, as holistic mathematics, notice that what I presented is a small part of it.

  • A simple showcase of holistic mathematics would be the following example: gross or physical reality usually is linear (in a Newtonian way), subtle is circular (circular logic of christians comes from that, partly because their God is an entity of the subtle realm), and causal is a point (infinite, one-pointed consciousness of the formless mystics and zen masters, ect), and nondual is radial in structures, radiating as a flow state-stage infinitely as its own true nature an nothing but...
