I think the tv company had to make it look like it would fail or else to dark cabal would have been exposed to the truth

@HHOSportTrac Can a system like this be used on a forced induction engine? Specifically my 1995 Volvo B230FT.

@adelphus515 Or take the bus

It works! I´m going to build a submarin that works on HHO ;)

If the HHO generators are soo efficient, why they don't lauch space shuttle with 3 AA batteries?

My final analysis is this.
Yes there is a considerable gas saving benefit to running an HHO system, unfortunately on today's cars (OBD2) it's more trouble than it's worth in both cost & maintenance.

If you are installing an HHO system on an older vehicle, especially a pre computer car, this is perfect & will give you substantial trouble free gas mileage increases. This is due no not requiring to "fool" the CPU, tweak the O2 sensors etc. It's a real PITA to keep tweaking it.
As of this writing I have removed the system from my 2002 Explorer & installed it on my '74 Beetle.
I have had several years of experimentation. So this is not a theoretical observation & conclusion, but an actual one.

HHO generators make gasoline combustion more efficient. Unfortunately on OBD2 cars they are a pain in the ass since the CPU keeps trying to defeat it. There is a lot of tweaking needed.
In all honesty, this works better withe older cars & diesel vehicles.

you don't need those shit in your car... as Jeremy Clarkson said : it's not what you drive that matters, it's how you drive it... just lift your food from the accelerator, respect the speed limits and you'll increase your MPG...
adelphus515 1 year ago
@adelphus515 I drive the speed limit, I use my cruise control. I never do jack rabbit starts. My truck did it's advertised mileage. When I added my system, driving the same conservative way, I increased my mileage from 13 mpg to 20 mpg city. So although what Jeremy said is good advice & would benefit everyone, this is not the issue at hand. The purpose here in to improve already good mileage.

wait wait wait wait hold on you said it doesnt increase the MPG we are talking about WATER turning into Hydrogen not Gasoline and Im pretty sure you can get a gallon of water alot cheaper than gasoline right now.

@ThePotatoes It works, I have had several cells giving me goo performance.
Newer cars do require some electronics to achieve results as the ECU will compensate when it reads a lean condition and dumps more fuel. This negates any MPG increase unless you use an Efie, a reprogram of the ECU or an AFC.
