Our man here demonstrates Muay Thai Boran, a form of Thai-Boxing training patterns. Those who actually pratice martial should know what i mean. Patterns somehow similar to Tony Jaa's. Enjoy.

  • is the original scene which this guy copied here on youtube? i can't seem to find it... :(

  • Yes its from the original scene shown on Ong Bak. It should be in the early stages of the movie.

  • yes I remember it but I can't seem to find the clip here in youtube... What was Tony Jaa doing in that scene? what do you call that? muay thai demonstration? the one where he says the name of the moves he's doing...

  • I remember Tony was practicing patterns on that scene. Maybe you can find it on other sites. I'm not very sure whether this site has the clip.

  • Dude, whatever people say, your cool. Your not fat, you dont need a six pack to be cool... your video said Muai Boron and thats what you did, and you were good at it! i dont see these people posting videos of themselves esspecially without a shirt on! lol

  • Nice, but I expected a fight. Should say 'Whai Kru' not Muay Boran...

  • yeah..similar to tony jaa

  • I love Boran, it takes out your whole strength so every strike carries the body weight behind. You don't need to be big to beat up a taller or stronger opponent. I weight 88 kg but I wouldn't train with you without pads everywwere! :D

  • vá se fuder.

  • Great job, it takes a lot of work to learn form from video.
