There are a few odd tapping sounds in this demonstration video. We apologize, but it does guide you to see how to easily close your DIDX buyer account when needed. Companies around the world join DIDX to buy and/or sell direct inward dialing phone numbers wholesale. It's all done with SIP or IAX2 servers interacting via the DIDXchange at http://www.didx.net.

Transcript: Transcript of the above video:

Thank you for checking out another www.didx.net demonstration via video. This one is about how to cancel your Didx account when you need to.

DIDX is a direct inward dialing phone number exchange with around seven thousand members who are wireless operators, CLECs, ILECs, and voice over Internet operators all over the world.

We realize there are times when you may be going into a different line of business and do not need to use something like DIDX anymore. When such happens, you will need to know how to cancel your DIDX account, so that's the objective of this video.

First, you will go to http://www.didx.net and log in with your membership ID which is also your user ID and account number. Enter your password next, and then you will click to pay your account balance.

Please put in the amount to pay off the account and click charge finally.

Next click on "My Purchased DIDs" and then click to remove each of the DIDs.

Then click "Contact us" which is your communication ticketing system within your dashboard.

Now your request has been made and your account will be deleted.

We appreciate your business and would much rather be a part of helping you reach more success with our wholesale direct inward dialing services and also our new media, publicity and marketing services such as DIDX podcasts, social video media, and our online magazine at http://www.didx.net/podcast, http://www.muntwo.com and http://www.techistan.com.

Please check out more videos, and let us know how we can help you further.
