Dazzle DVC 100 and Pinnacle Studio 14 and 15 Best Quality Possible Settings Tutorial

this is my tutorial for getting the best possible quality in pinnacle studio 14. i have tried almost every single possible combination but this delivers best results. this is not recommended for people who have 5 gb of ram or less. slower or older computer this most liekly will have lag and/or speed ups in. this is primarily for faster computers.
