I am installing Windows Plus! 98 Themes, Games, Programmes on Windows 98 Second Edition. No need product key. Startup (logo.sys) and shutdown (logos.sys) screens are changed, PLUS! was added. My favorite theme is Windows 98 (high color).
I also installed Windows 2000/ME icons, but I'll give you a link to Windows 2000 icons, since they are the same as ME:
