  • my dog tries to bit me when i touch it when it is eating :( how can i solve this its really scary

  • @MultiMindStorm you need a professional to help with this.

    I would reccomend checking apdt.com or dogpro.org

It is a lot of exercises like what you see me do with Blade in the 11 videos, but you really need to have someone who knows what they are doing supervise you for safety.

  • Danpolo1 my husky only is aggressive when she finds something 'special' like a bone or some piece of meat which falls etc.

What can I do? I can play with her wet food and dry food no problem.

  • lot of patience and knowing what you're doing. you miss cues or get complacent bad stuff happens

  • @brincatmark

    Obedience training is key.

If I drop something on the floor and my dog at very least has a good recall command, he will leave whatever to come to me because the dog knows I am always more interesting that anything. Obedience, obedience, obedience.

Look up Paul Owens videos on Amazon.com as well as his books.

Type resource guarding on dogs and you'll find many books on that matter

  • I HAVE A WOLF AND SHES THE SAME WAY.

  • tell you

if you do the exchange game you will fix her

    takes time and patience....

  • dang o.O how do u deal with that dog lol?

  • But you know what the average Joe will always have their opinion and that is why so many freaking dogs like Blade end up dead every year. Blade as of today is a wonderful dog. By doing what is called the exchange game we accomplished a lot. I had to use different techniques with him since he is around kids and I needed him to be safe around kids. Anyways you are entitled to your opinion and I entitled to do whatever I like when it comes to working with these guys that noone else with work with

  • You know what

I am a Police K-9 instructor specialized in behavior issues on pet and working K-9's

I paid over $25,000 in dog training schools for me to certify as a dog trainer.

I have a degree in bilogy and minor in psychology as well as a degree in radiology. Most often the dog goes for extremities when they bite, but I take no chances. I don't challenge the dog, I do use conditioning methods.
