Dan Petrescu in some actions with Steaua, Romania and Chelsea.
Considered one of the best right backs in the history of Romanian football, Petrescu was an intelligent player that enjoyed attacking. Formed by Steaua Bucharest (where he won 3 national titles and reached the European Cup final in 1989), he played many years in English Premiership, mainly at Chelsea (where he won the FA Cup, the Cup Winners Cup and the European SuperCup).
He was capped 95 times with Romanian national team, scoring 12 goals. Dan Petrescu is the only Romanian player along with Stefan Dobay to have scored in two different World Cups (in 1994 against USA and in 1998 against England).
He missed WC 1990 due to an injury, but he played in WC 1994, Euro 1996, WC 1998 and Euro 2000.
Currently he´s a succesfull coach at Unirea Urziceni, a surprising Romanian champion making an impact in the Champions League.

@YoungBucksFather Fiecare om are dreptul al propria parere, iar daca nu esti de acord cu ce am spus poti sa comentezi normal si sa spui ce nu iti convine nu sa ma jignesti pt. ca eu nu imi permit sa te jignesc nici pe tine nici pe altcineva. Inainte sa scri cv. gandeste-te daca tie ti-ar placea ca cineva sa iti scrie ceea ce vrei tu sa scri. Sa ai parte de sanatate si mai ales RESPECT!
