Please give me some tutorials with voice on, and how to make a professional Cartoon, like the ones in tv, because iam going to make an scince fiction cartoon and some animes and toehr stuffs!!! Or if this not matching my need of use, then tell me the best free professional cartoon animating software you can reccomend!

Does anyone know if it's possible to copy/paste a layer image (a character) onto an onion page so that I can move the whole thing (instead of redrawing it which will take forever) and go forth from there. I would greatly appreciate a reply.
