a pound of fat is exactly the same as a pound of muscle. A pound is a pound. Inches also could be deceiving, because when you loose water you loose inches.

tottally agree which is y most of those peole who only diet with no exercise don't look as good as say someone whose only lost half the weight they have but have been using a weights n cardio combo

Isn't this move just a Dumbbell Swing? Last I checked wood-chops incorporated a lateral movement in the swing.

yeah. Crossfit is the same idea with circuit training. Girl i know lost 40 lbs.

most people don't realize that losing weight is not the same as losing fat. Often people who lose weight actually lose water or muscle and very little fat. What is important is to lose adipose tissue (fat cells). Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are doing cardio and strength training, don't go by what the scale says go by the inches you lost and how great and lean your body looks
