http://www.pasta-recipes-made-easy.com/authentic-italian-pasta-recipe.html This easy eggplant recipe is called 'pasta alla norma' and is my favorite pasta dish. You can't beat the Italian taste combo of sweet fried eggplant (aubergine) and rich tomato sauce. I hope you enjoy this ever so professional vid - complete with Julie & Julia-esque farting tomato can and fork/spoon confusion! ;-)
@Wranid Consider me learned! (As they say where I'm from...) ;-)

@matwade76 Nope, its "how resistant a liquid is to flow". I remember not getting the definition when my teacher told me the first time, took me some time before i got it meant 'less liquidy' hehe.
I tried to guess your accent and i was way off then. Guess i don't know my British accents as well as i think.

@Wranid Ooh, I thought viscous was usually used to refer to blood (or maybe I've watched too much ER/Wire. I'm from Yorkshire in Northern England, "God's own country" apparently :-)

"Less liquidy" = more Viscous
Hopefully i don't sound like a know it all but its a word i love using and i want more people to know it hehe.
Where are you from originally by the way, can't place the accent.
