@rslayve93220 Try moboplayer from android market. It will soft decode the file. I believe I was able to play mkv videos.

hello I have the iconia and i want to watch my hd movies on it ( mkv ) how can i do ?
i try to re-encod them in mp4, it's good but i loose the quality :/

@rslayve93220 I don't think you can play .mkv on it. converting the .mkv to .mp4 is the best solution. Try Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate, this software can do HD conversion. I hope this help.
