Why I hated Rob Zombies Halloween

Rob Zombies storyline sucked ass. He shouldn't have even called it Halloween.

@B1az3xGoiNxPRO angry little boy even with motives, this myers is by far the most terrifying myers to date. The guy is 6 ft 8 and it looks like it would take a lion and 15 men to bring him down. Zombie brought what its like in reallife. And zombie went for something new, not yet another Halloween film. The remakes I find were better than then entire Halloween films after 1, many are pissed with theremakes, did anyone see the quality of the Halloween films after 1 and at times 2

This is my opinion also...myself being an "old School" Myers fan....The reason Michael is so wicked is because he is pure ...EVIL, not an angry little boy...just ....Evil!!!There is no rhyme or reason to it, and that's why i love it so. Zombie's version kinda stole that mystery away from the movie, and for a while i was very bitter about this version. If you watch it again though, and this time, assume that this is a version all of it's own, having nothing to do with the others, it's not bad~~

this movie was bad i think i would just call the movie halloween the swearing and porn contest jesus this movie was bad it was like ok but not worth buying. this movie was just......... bad and the rape scene WHAT THE FUCK MAN THAT SCENE WAS DISTURBING! what i liked about his movie was how they remixed the theme that was cool.

and the mask its really cool also.

To be honest I'm not a fan of his movies at all. But I think if he wants to do a movie about a weird kid who kills people and grows up to be a killer fine. Don't call the movie Halloween, and don't call the character Michael Myers.

I agree with your first comment, he is a better musician than director, but I actually thought Devils Rejects was a little better because they left out the Dr. Satan crap and it ended the series. Any more would have been overkill.

The biggest difference is Rob Zombies Michael Myers could be arrested and put on trial and sentenced to death, John Carpenters Michael Myers would kill the arresting officer just because. Rob Zombie made Michael Myers too human and he even said in an interview "I made the movie with a begining, a middle and and end so I wouldn't have to do a sequel" So Michael Myers dies at the end of his even though they don't show it.
