@Jpitim Have you gone into your Edit Channels and found your additional Clear QAM channels?
My cable Co charter only sends titan TV 1 clear QAM ch information so WMC 7 & Vista only find one clear QAM channel. But after about 30 minutes of Editing channels going through the entire list and selecting all the unchecked boxes that don't have a LOCK (encrypted after them) I am able to find and enable all of the missing channels (~70 additional channels) including 45 digital QAM 64 channels. try it

@mrsayao go to SiliconDust, then to the forums and check out the information on XBMC. That forum will show you how to hook it up over your network.

@mrsayao I got my answer from MS directly, I wasn't looking hard enough: The Windows Media Center user interface will appear on the TV connected to your Xbox 360. You can then enjoy live TV, recorded TV, pictures, music, videos, and other digital media on your Xbox 360 as you would in Windows Media Center.

@jpltim thx for the quick reply... I'm trying to decide/plan my project. Basically computer is in one room, crt tv is in another room. 360 is hooked up to the tv. Also hooked up to the network so I can watch videos from my media center desktop (in the other room) on my TV. My biggest wonder is if I place the hdhomerun on the network, and it acts as a tuner, what's stopping it from showing up in the extended media center on the xbox 360...
Charter in my area uses Switched Digital Video and only certain channels are available. My CableCARD tuner gets all of the channels since it uses a Tuning Adapter.

Thanks for the video. Can you post the model number of the HDHomeRun you have? I understand there are several. Also I use Media Center Extender on my Xbox 360, will I be able to watch TV from the HomeRun through the 360?

If you download XBMC you can use your Xbox to watch TV. See the forum at SiliconDust for more information.
