1. Type cmd at the Start Search.
2. Right-click on the cmd
3. Choose Run as Administrator
4. Next, type net user administrator /active:yes
5. Done.

    if you watch this video you are obviously a standard user wanting administrator rights. so this video is pointless because you can only make this work as an administrator. and if you are an administrator what's the point because you already have the same rights as you would get by doing this???
