my dad is having me play the SRV version of little wing then he will buy me a electric and amp and all the good stuff (playin on my acoustic for four years now) i plan on getting a gibson lp traditional pro, do you have any thoughts on amps my fav bands are gnr van halen iron maiden rush and those types thanks for the awesome vids

I discovered Marty about a year ago. I am 40 years old and always wanted to play the guitar. Thanks to Marty's style of teaching I am learning so much. I took a few lessions with a local teacher but I couldn"t hang in there (to dry and slow for me). The likelihood of me playing in a band is slim at my advanced age, but I find playing guitar very theraputic. Thank you Marty for showing me how to play guitar.
