  • @bsmusicd Can you provide an alternative video, link, book, or explanation? What he's explaining above is the only method I've ever heard of, but I suspect that you're correct in your critique, because it makes my wrist cramp up and pop occassionally. That can't be good! Not to mention my hands aren't quite big enough to do the arch anyways. But I've never heard of another technique.
