my kids are 4 and 7 and have been to Hawaii twice already. Both times people complemented me on how well behaved and quiet they were. Not all kids are the same and Hawaii is a paradise for all ages, not just so called adults looking to get away from it all. On our last trip the hotel was infested with adults smoking,cursing and running around talking on their blackberrys. They were far more annoying then any kids on the airplane. Aloha!

How do you know all of those kids on those flights are vacationers? What if they're locals going to another island to see friends/family? Hawaii is the last place one should go to get away from children because Hawaiians are noted for their love and respect of family, and that means everyone including grandparents and kids.

Parents can now afford to take their kids anywhere.....When I was a kid, my Grandparents went to Hawaii every year (on a Pan Am 747), my brother and sister wanted to go, and they would always say, "Hawaii is a very adult place, we'll take you with us when you're much older"!

@Dolphin1976 I have a life already. Anyways, we're going back to Hawaii this spring I'm so excited! I've been to almost all the islands except the big island so that's where we're going... Kona and Hilo on the B.I... And we're bringing the kids too!~

Good God why do people take their kids to Hawaii?! Can't get on a plane anymore w/out it sounding like an unleashed nursery! Hawaii is a place to get away from it all...including the kids! U can take this comment or leave it, I don't care! I'm not saying I don't like kids but Hawaii is truly a place to go kid free!

i noticed that this was uploaded on march 22. when did you go? because we had the same exact flight and everything on march 20th.
