Thanks for watching and I hope you all enjoy this nail art design! I did a mix of my old style video with my new style! I like the way it turned out and I hope you guys do to! I will be doing a mix of all style videos in the future.

I love this tutorial sooo much(: I even did the nails(: They turned out way worse than yours, because yours are amazing!! I have a question how long do you let them dry for?

@TaylorChristineJ Because the Elmo face is thick layers of polish on top of each other I let it dry for about 15 minutes before putting on a top coat! That way I don't smudge the design! :)

great tutorial! where do you get the thin tip nailpolishes? I can't find them anywhere :(

@jen283 usually any store that sells nail polish will have thin tip polishes! oddly enough, even some dollar stores sell "art deco" !
