Franklin was vegetarian only a few years and went back to eating fish on his first voyage at sea.

Ab Lincoln loved chicken fricassee with biscuits, and second was oyster and scallop stew. He also loved wild game and root vegetables and apples....not exactly vegetarian or vegan, is it?
