This newly constructed home is worth about 350K to 500K dollars. The second floor has its own HVAC equipment, separate from the first floor, yet the second floor remains uncomfortable. Further diagnostics revealed a poorly designed (duct) distribution system. This contractor used cheap materials for a quick installation! Net result for the customer is uncomfortable room temperatures and high energy bills.
