this guy is without a doubt using an aimbot, as mightymanlap said, u can tell by the jerking of the sight. 1:06 is a good example where the sight suddently jumps directly on the scouts head, as for the sniper kill in the start of the vid..

this is why i don't play sniper, i really get tired of standing still, moving maybe an inch or two around, and waiting for enemies to appear and for me to shoot, only to do the same thing over and over again.
