Written by Tom Paxton / David Horowitz.
Sung by Mary Hopkin.
This is included in Mary's 2nd Album "Earth Song / Ocean Song" originally released in 1972 by Apple Ltd. Toshiba-EMI repressed the CD and released in "Paper Sleeved Specials" in 2005. They are available still now at particular CD stores in Japan but to find it out needs really hard work for my feet.
Mary's label Mary Hopkin Music releases new CDs now and then. The recent release is titled "Now and Then" now available from Mary 2009. Details and to order, visit:

Pictures are from the Peace Park (they say another words Atomic Bomb Park too) and Uragami Cathedral (Roman Catholic). Why is this old Cathedral new? The history is told in this video. The Peace Park and Uragami Cathedral area was once I and Mari (Shih Tzu girl)'s daily walking course.
This video is for entertainment for Mary's family, sincere Mary's fans and Shih Tzu lovers as well as people who want peace and who pray for peace forever.

City Nagasaki is a cosy beautiful town. Some of the monuments have been built in very recent years.

Thanks ;D for leaving a comment!
Years ago I lived in this port city Nagasaki really near the "Fallen Roof". The nearest bus-stop names were Uragami Cathedral or Catholic Centre. Some of the monuments shown here are very new, for when I lived there I haven't seen them.
