So here is what happened to Bleck and all his minions

Bleck: Now lives with Timpani in an unkown paradise dimension.

Nastasia: Hangs out in Flopside and now leads what is left of Bleck's forces due to Bleck's absence

Mimi: Works for Merlee in her mansion and takes care of it.

O Chunks: Hangs out in Flipside.  Worries about Nastasia.

Mr. L: No longer brainwashed. Still lives with Mario to this very day.

Dimentio: Um I think he is in jail somewhere in the Underwhere.
