Cairo On The Kaw XVII - Retro Cocktail and Glam Belly

This video is a very quick overview (2 min 25 sec) from Zada El Gaziyeh's Cairo on the Kaw XVII titled "Glamorous Belly Dance, A Vintage Retro Cocktail." Here they are shown at the KC Fringe Fest 26 July 2011 at the Metropolitan Ensemble Theatre, 3614 Main St. This is compressed from a 53 minute show, with 12 pieces, which moves quickly and looks nice. This is the 17th Cairo on the Kaw (the Kaw is a river which runs through Lawrence, Kansas) show of Middle Eastern dance from Lawrence and the 3rd of 4th time (as an extra venue) traveling to the KC Fringe. Every year they work hard to put on a show, each time with a different theme. After another show at the Fringe (Friday 29th) they go to their hometown of Lawrence Kansas for their community-theater show, with additions to the show, for Saturday and Sunday July 30 and 31, 2011 at Lawrence Community Theater, 1501 New Hampshire Street.
