The problem that most gays have with flamers is that flamers are putting on an act, they are not being real. Many gays (me included) want to be seen and accepted as who I am .... not for some act I'm putting on. I wouldn't act any different if I was a hetero, I would be the same person regardless of my sexual orientation. The excuse that some gays are more feminine is BS, some straight men are feminine but they don't act like fools.

P.S. St8 guys that do the opposite are just as fake.

@AllenRockwell Allen, I addressed that in the video, it stems from insecurity with ones identity combined with natural femininity, yes a lot of it is over the top. Not all "flamers" are putting on an act though,a lot of them just naturally feel comfortable expressing themselves the way they do, and we have every right to express ourselves in any way we choose, though you have every right to be biased.

Well said. Gay people unfortunately are human, and as such have all the insecurities and egos of all the others. I get discouraged with the LGBT community because we cannot seem to be united. There are so few of us. You should do a talk on Transgender folks. That is another huge prejudice within the community or how about Lesbos and Fags cannot get along. You could have a whole series....

I actually don't agree with the "LGBT" thing, I don't think transgendered should be grouped with gays, lesbians, and bisexuals, as those 3 things are types of sexuality - while being transgendered does not necessarily have anything to do with sexuality. Also I get along great with lesbians lol, I never realized they couldn't get along. :)

A good tip to help your fidgetiness is to get your fingers and rub them on your nipples as you talk. Don't question what that's for, just go with it. Trust me.

As far as I'm concerned, I don't "hate" flamers but being in their company makes me uncomfortable. Much the same as if I were with a str8 guy and every other word out of his word was "fu*k". Then there is the attraction issue. Regardless of whether you are str8 or gay, exaggeration is a negative quality. I'm not sure everyone "hates" flamers but if that behavior makes you uncomfortable would you take the trouble to get to know them?
