  • hilarious! ppl in the far east see white ppl as civilised intelligent people, its ashame that is not the case.

how hard is it to read sikh history?

for a sikh knowladge is power-

sikhism = equality, freedom, justice, truth.

sikhs sud no be seen as a weak minority-sikh history shows that sikhs only live for true equality of mankind regardless of religion, gender or race. Sikhs sud not need to explain our belifs or ethical thought process, it is actively shown by our unique identity turban

  • @kupo717 yea but most people dont knoe who we are we see a guy with a turban they think towel head right..arabs muslism,,, even through 99% of people u see with turban in da U.S are sikhs..... muslism dont wear turban only in certian countrys..i have been called a towelhead and a islam terriorist...but i donlt care because i knoe i am not...but when i am called those words i get very sensitive and i will show negative sentiment towards that type of closed minded view..

  • As a Muslim, Arab American, I think this guy is being too harsh. I empathize with his sensitivity to the movie title but we shouldn't attack people who have good intentions. Maybe calling it Towelhead was the wrong idea, but I feel like Rajdeep is pushing this guy and Alicia away from "our side" by attacking them in this way. Not to mention that Alicia Erian is an Arab American herself who has said "Arabs are very very warm people" and doesn't seem to have negative sentiment towards them.

  • American culture (i mean movie industry) is cheap. It picks on minorities.

  • yeah i'm not buying that alan guy it looks like he just loves using those slurs. And you can tell that he doesn't get it when he says "you become a towelhead" sikh's and muslims are not towelheads so I don't see how someone could become that. It pretty much does seem like a marketing scheme. I don't believe he really gets how non white groups feel but is just saying the politically correct thing.
